Hey Everyone!  I’m Jennifer Gallaher and I’m the owner of Virtual Assistance by Jen, which is based out of Huntsville, AL.  I have been working in the administrative field for over twenty years and made the transition to owning my own business eight years ago, after my son was born.


Since working as an Administrative Consultant I have accrued not only great clients, but referrals from those clients, as well.  In addition, I have made wonderful connections and associations with other VA’s that have not only been a tremendous inspiration to me, but also additional resources.


As a solopreneur, an entrepreneur or a small business owner you may have come to realize that in order to get to the  next level you need some help – a Virtual Consultant or a Virtual Assistant can do just that!


At this point, some of you may be wondering…”What is a Virtual Assistant (VA) anyway?”  A VA could be an independent contractor, an entrepreneur (like me!), a strategic support for another entrepreneur, or a professional and knowledgeable assistant.  VA’s however, are not designed to be a low cost alternative to hiring employees, but a convenient, effective and efficient alternative instead.


At Virtual Assistance by Jen, I am here to enhance  your company’s versatility by increasing your time out of the office.  If it’s the delegation of daily administrative tasks you need assistance with, the coordination of office management or simply the challenge of keeping in touch with current and prospective clients (I recommend Send Out Cards-it adds a great personal touch), I can help!  I offer a free half hour consultation to discuss your needs.


To that end, Virtual Assistance by Jen’s mission is to make a difference in the world, one client at a time.  By practicing what I love to do best – taking all those time-consuming administrative office tasks off your desk – so you can get back to what YOU do best!  Partnering with you to facilitate your company’s growth and success is what I do!


Virtual Assistance by Jen believes that by giving clients the time and attention they and their projects truly deserve is of the utmost importance!  I also believe that no project is too small.  Virtual Assistance by Jen is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction – I will do everything I can to meet your expectations.
