iBuzz Pro-How to Find Your Lost Password

Occasionally, I do trainings for a software system called iBuzzPro.  It’s an auto dialer system that is used for marketing purposes.  Sometimes, passwords get lost in the shuffle, especially when you have two separate ones for basically the same system.  You’ll get one for the front office (iBuzzPro) as well as one for the back office, iBuzzProSoftware.  This is where you would create your auto dialer campaigns.  This is also the password that seems to get lost.

Below, I have created step-by-step instructions as to how to find that pesky password and how to contact iBuzz customer support if you need further assistance.

To find your iBuzzProSoftware password:

Step 1: Log in to iBuzzpro.com

Step 2: Click on “Voice Broadcasting” tab

Step 3: Click on “Your Account Details” tab on left side navigation bar

Step 4: Your password should be displayed clearly here.  If not, create an iBuzz support ticket requesting your password.

To create an iBuzz support ticket:

Step 1: While still logged into iBuzzpro.com, scroll to the very top of page and click on “Support” in the top right hand corner (should see a person symbol)

Step 2: Click on “Submit a Ticket”

Step 3: Log in again (on right side) with same username and password

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of page and select the appropriate department for your issue (Ex.  Voice Broadcasting Technical Support)

Step 5: Click “Next” at bottom of page

Step 6: Create your ticket – Select the priority of your issue, create a subject line and create the message

Step 7: Click “Submit”

If any of you that utilize this system have any questions, please feel free to contact.
