Ongoing support, full system setup, extensive reorganization, and implementation are quoted separately.
After the plan
“Jen, can you just do it for me?”
Sometimes you’ll be ready to put your plan into action yourself. If you’d rather have help, I may be able to take on a clearly defined implementation project, such as documenting an SOP, organizing files, or improving a workflow. That support is optional and quoted separately.

Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong?
No. A general idea of the area frustrating you is enough. We’ll work through what’s causing the trouble together.
Can we cover more than one problem?
We’ll focus on one primary problem area so we can go deeper. I may note related issues for a future session or project.
Will you fix it during the session?
We may make small improvements together, but the session’s main purpose is to understand the problem and create a useful plan. Implementation is a separate project.
Do I need new software?
Probably not. I’ll recommend a tool only if it genuinely helps. A checklist, spreadsheet, or clearer process may be all you need.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to complete at least 48 hours before our session. After we meet, I’ll send your personalized Rescue Plan within three business days.
